The Planning Department facilitates the following:

• Lot Splits, Combinations, and Lot Line Adjustments
• Rezoning
• Variances
• Conditional Use Permits
• Plats and Large Scale Development
• Site Plan Review 

Online Application Process:

1. Click on your preferred application found under Quick Links and complete the form.
2. A copy of the completed form will be submitted to the Cave Springs Planning Department and emailed to the applicant.
3. To submit all the documentation required, you may download the completed application and upload it alongside your supporting PDF documents by clicking on either Planning Staff name. Please include a brief summary of your submittal in the contact form with any necessary information to expedite the review process. 
4. Once it is received by the Planning Staff, you will be contacted to pay the associated fee at Cave Springs City Hall before you are given a date to attend the Planning Commission Meeting. 
5. All applications will remain available at Cave Springs City Hall and paper applications are still accepted. A form may be filled out online and printed and turned in with supporting documentation at Cave Springs City Hall to the Planning Department.
