About Us

The Cave Springs Police Department is a community-oriented police department.  Our agency is actively involved in the lives of citizens within the community.  We take great pride in knowing our citizens and their families on a personal level.  This allows the officers to work with the community, as opposed to among the community, thereby creating an environment in which officers and citizens are working together, utilizing proactive policing techniques to prevent crime before it happens.

The Cave Springs Police Department is proud to employee some of the finest law enforcement officers in the state.  All of our officers come from diverse backgrounds and have had experience with other agencies throughout the state.  From former S.W.A.T. operators and Criminal Investigation Supervisors to former Deputy Directors of state agencies, they are a highly trained team of critical thinkers with over 100 years of combined law enforcement experience, committed to meeting the high expectations that our citizens demand and deserve.
