In accordance with Arkansas Acts 605 of 2021 and 925 of 2025, The City of Cave Springs recently conducted rate studies for the Cave Springs Water and Cave Springs Sewer utilities. To comply with the state acts; water and sewer rates are changing. Water rates will increase while sewer rates will change from a flat rate, which will be a decrease for those with lower use and an increase for those using more.
